Manage end-to-end recruitment of Non-Indigenous and Indigenous personnel across labour hire and permanent vacancies; Manage multiple active vacancies across a range of clients and projects; Advertising and proactively sourcing and engaging suitable candidates; Writing and posting job advertisements; Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates; Assessing experience, tickets, licences and competencies; Preparing candidate submissions and recommendations; Co-ordinating client interviews, references and employment offers; Managing pre-employment requirements including medicals, police clearances and compliance documentation; Co-ordinating onboarding, mobilisation and commencement requirements; Developing and maintaining strong candidate talent pools; Maintaining accurate recruitment and candidate records; Attend client meetings when required; Support the Agency Manager
