Responsibilities
Monitor On-Time-Running (OTR) of bus fleet using PTIPS; Use TRBOnet radio system to contact fleet and respond to requests; Identify and clarify driver information over radio; Liaise with mechanical staff regarding breakdowns; Escalate major accidents/incidents; Facilitate passenger transfers via replacement buses; Monitor regional and special event services; Broadcast safety instructions to drivers; Liaise with depots and external parties; Answer public transport timetable requests; Review documentation for service impacts
