Responsibilities
Support the Transload Final Mile team and customers with day-to-day transportation coordination and shipment requirements. Coordinate transload, drayage, container, and full-truckload movements from dispatch through final delivery. Monitor container and FTL activity to ensure shipments remain on schedule. Coordinate with warehouses to monitor transload details and ensure customer requirements are met. Dispatch containers and provide release information to carriers within required timelines. Schedule delivery appointments while accommodating customer deadlines and operational requirements. Monitor delivery milestones and maintain accurate shipment information in transportation systems. Identify, manage, and resolve delivery exceptions, proactively communicating issues and proposed solutions. Work with carriers, warehouses, customers, and internal stakeholders to address operational challenges. Maintain accurate documentation and shipment records throughout the transportation process.
