Responsibilities
Manage customer collections via email and phone follow-up; oversee daily posting of customer payments in ERP systems; perform cash reconciliations and match payments against outstanding invoices; resolve discrepancies and disputes with customers; prepare financial reports including Ageing Reports and month-end closing reports; participate in treasury forecasting; coordinate with legal entities to maximize collections; support internal and external audits; develop and maintain SOPs for the Collections area; propose process improvements to drive efficiencies.
