Responsibilities
Configure and implement customer solutions for new implementations and support updates, build technical configurations and perform light scripting to deploy customers onto cloud platform, partner with customers to provide guidance on system capabilities and best practices, communicate implementation progress with internal teams and stakeholders, create and maintain implementation documentation and knowledge base articles, assist with integrating customer and third-party systems using APIs and web services, manage technical tasks for assigned implementation projects, deliver customer training sessions, troubleshoot and resolve configuration and implementation issues, coordinate connectivity and onboarding activities, collaborate with senior team members on advanced integrations and complex technical solutions
