Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end movement of freight shipments within a regional network including intermodal movements; Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations with internal and external partners (steamship lines, air carriers, customs, warehousing, trucking); Own the client experience by solving issues quickly and escalating as needed; Quote and invoice client shipments with P&L responsibility; Participate in QBR/MBR presentation prep and hold client operational calls.
