Responsibilities
Lead structured discovery to understand business problems, workflows, pain points, controls, data requirements, exceptions, and value drivers; Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, business rules, and decision logic; Analyse current and future-state workflows including system interactions, data flows, hand-offs, controls, and exception paths; Partner with Technical Leads, Engineers, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and aligned to reusable technology patterns; Maintain traceability from business problem through design, build, testing, and release readiness; Support QA, UAT, defect triage, and operational handover; Facilitate workshops across business, technology, operations, risk, and governance stakeholders; Identify reusable requirements, workflow patterns, business rules, prompts, agent skills, and operational controls; Use operational feedback to continuously improve discovery, solution design, and backlog prioritisation; Support governed AI and agentic delivery by documenting behaviours, data use, controls, and requirements.
