Responsibilities
Document current-state business and technical workflows using L2–L4 process maps; Create high-quality process artifacts including swimlanes, decision trees, data touchpoint diagrams, RACI matrices, and exception handling flows; Conduct stakeholder interviews and shadow end users to understand operational workflows; Synthesize complex or inconsistent information into clear, organized, and actionable documentation; Identify process gaps, unclear handoffs, operational inconsistencies, and exception paths; Maintain a centralized and well-organized process documentation library with strong versioning and documentation hygiene; Partner with TPMs and Systems teams to support systems transformation and process improvement initiatives; Build lightweight operational reports or dashboards to validate process observations and support process analysis; Support UAT activities and validate that implemented system changes align with documented workflows; Create supporting documentation and enablement materials for operational rollout and adoption efforts
