Responsibilities
Contribute to continuous improvement of the candidate experience across the recruitment journey; Support initiatives to enhance recruiter and hiring manager experience; Partner with the Digital team to deploy and optimize ATS (SmartRecruiters); Facilitate integration and rollout of assessment tool (AssessFirst); Drive improvements in user experience and optimize performance on the Careers website; Support recruitment activations to attract talent; Manage monthly reporting of key recruitment performance indicators; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support global talent acquisition initiatives.
