Define and maintain foundation data standards (Company, Support Org, People, Locations, etc.), ensure alignment of data repositories with organizational structure, define and maintain CI management standards (types, attributes, relations, lifecycle), ensure quality of CI-to-service relationships, support automation of CMDB data feeding and updates, define data quality indicators and produce dashboards, perform periodic data analysis and coordinate corrective actions, implement continuous improvement initiatives using automation and validation rules, collaborate with data source teams, advise teams on ITSM data management, produce documentation and guides, support knowledge transfer and training
