Responsibilities
Perform aesthetic and body treatments according to brand protocols, provide personalized advice on spa services and products, promote complementary treatments and boutique products, set up treatment cabins and manage product/linen restocking, communicate client information to the Spa Manager, apply safety norms and report malfunctions, collaborate with other hotel services, inform clients about hotel services and assist with reservations
