Creating and documenting market intelligence including market, customer and competitors; Responsible for product strategy, roadmap & steering product business case; Co-leading target costing, CRP, Re-DTC; Supporting internal R&D resource and manufacturing capacity strategy; Supporting supply chain strategy; Responsible for key event management reporting; Supporting product and manufacturing localization; Building the link among cross functions & management during quotation; Follow quotation process, performing PCIS review / approval & establishing new quotation management summary; Alignment of quotation strategy with stakeholders (sales, controlling and management); Responsible for annual OI Target and award ROS; Supporting long-term business strategic planning & market share development; Supporting annual customer commercial negotiation (CPC, APRD & etc); Establishing customer R&D reimbursement database & tracking; Others Support customer roadshow, Auto show, customer visit & etc.; Long-term planning database/tools maintenance plausibility check (AS ONE, CDP & etc); Building up cross BA/Segment/PC network.
