Lead drivability calibration activities for assigned vehicle programs from development to production; Lead a calibration team of approx. 10 members; Collaborate with simulation and modeling teams to predict and refine drivability behavior; Interface with OEMs and internal stakeholders to align on drivability targets; Interface with external development stakeholders; Mentor junior calibration engineers; Lead joint evaluation sign-off drives with Customer & Consultants; Define and execute calibration strategies for throttle response, torque delivery, gear shift quality, and pedal mapping; Conduct vehicle testing in diverse environments; Analyze drivability metrics using tools like INCA, ETAS; Support issue resolution through root cause analysis and calibration refinement; Document calibration changes and maintain traceability in version control systems
