Provide second-line support for SMS, MMS, and SMS Firewall services; Review and optimize internal and external operational processes; Lead repair team squad activities when required; Monitor network and service availability and quality; Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve reported problems; Perform incident management and planned maintenance; Cooperate with vendors to ensure service delivery; Participate in new service implementation and network rollout projects; Perform guard duty services.
