Develop and implement strategic plans for store operations aligned with business objectives; Direct store strategy and oversee day-to-day operations ensuring Eataly standards are met; Lead management of labor, costs, inventory, regulatory compliance, pricing, and merchandising; Develop and manage the store operations budget and implement cost control measures; Establish and monitor KPIs to measure and improve store performance; Analyze sales data, guest feedback, and other relevant metrics to make informed decisions; Partner with HR to be actively involved in hiring, performance reviews, and terminations
