Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise on the Departments technical solutions and serve as a technical contact for the operational management, design uplift, and implementation of Secure Unified Communications (UC) capabilities; Investigate and resolve complex and recurring issues in coordination with the Network Operations Centre (NOC); Author, review, maintain and contribute to Solution Designs, Standard Operating Procedures, As-Built-As-Configured and other required documentation artefacts; Conduct and support Validation and Verification (V&V) activities with internal and external stakeholders; Collaborate with vendor/supplier specialists to provide solutions and optimise designs to achieve expected outcomes; Ability to rapidly build, automate and deliver proof of concept systems to support analysis, testing, accreditation and development activities.
