Coordinate project mobilisations and demobilisations across Australia; Manage end-to-end onboarding and mobilisation processes; Collate and check qualifications, licences, tickets and certificates; Book flights, accommodation, medicals and training; Prepare and upload mobilisation packs to client systems; Update mobilisation spreadsheets, systems and employee records; Prepare and send mobilisation and project communications; Prepare and issue project documentation including work packs, reports, permits and purchase orders; Provide purchasing and procurement support; Assist with tenders, quotes and progress claims; Perform general administration, data entry, document control and correspondence management; Support other departments with ad hoc administrative requirements; Contribute to continuous improvement across business systems and mobilisation processes; Provide support outside normal business hours for urgent mobilisations or demobilisations.
