Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage candidate and interviewer scheduling across multiple teams and calendars. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful support from initial contact through onboarding. Host onsite interviews, welcome candidates, and represent the company with professionalism. Coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth first-day experience. Track recruiting and HR metrics and build reports and dashboards. Assist with HR initiatives including open enrollment, compliance reporting, and performance review cycles. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
