Support and maintain computers, phones, printers, peripherals, conference rooms, and other IT systems; Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, access, and application issues; Setup workstations, accounts, devices, and IT resources for new employees; Configure and maintain audio/video/camera systems; Assist with network troubleshooting including wired/wireless connectivity and switch port issues; Install, terminate, label, and troubleshoot low voltage cabling; Support IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and hardware deployments; Monitor hardware inventory and manage IT assets
