Responsibilities
Analyze customer repayment problems and convince customers to prioritize repayment; follow up on leads to establish contact and engage customers to settle liabilities; review accounts and propose settlements per approved processes; ensure all customer interactions are recorded and updated in the collection system; follow up on settlement agreements to ensure adherence; close settled accounts and issue clearance letters; address customer queries and complaints; highlight difficult issues to the Team Leader; ensure adherence to CPR guidelines and confidentiality.
