Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments to determine suitability for reintegration or social activation; analyze and recommend appropriate reintegration and participation trajectories; guide and motivate candidates toward labor market entry or social activation; initiate, facilitate, and monitor activities based on the trajectory plan; document results in Suite4WIZ and report progress to the team manager.
