Manage end-to-end program operations including event calendaring, budgeting, and process documentation; Prepare and deliver reports with operational metrics, attendance data, CSAT scores, and budget tracking; Produce quarterly newsletters and stakeholder updates summarizing Loft performance; Manage operational tooling and standardize operating procedures, staffing models, and launch checklists; Coordinate cross-functionally with technical, creative, and community teams; Own feedback mechanisms such as CSAT surveys and customer forums; Manage and oversee program operations support channels; Oversee efficient staffing by vendors, manage contracts and invoicing.
