Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) including intake, validation, retrieval, review, redaction, and response delivery. Partner with Legal and stakeholders on ICO escalations to own end-to-end resolution for escalated DSAR cases. Execute and manage HR data Privacy Incidents, ensuring prompt triage, tracking, remediation support, and adherence to privacy obligations. Support Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs) to identify, assess, and mitigate privacy risks. Maintain and enhance HR Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) to ensure accurate process inventories. Support digital governance for HR and Employee Platform-owned cookies, tags, and pixels, including classification and consent alignment. Own and maintain program documentation (policies, SOPs, audit artifacts) ensuring version control and quality. Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into DSAR volumes, incident metrics, risk trends, and KPIs. Drive delivery of initiatives by creating project plans, managing cross-functional dependencies, and improving workflows.
