## Responsibilities - Act as the strategic link between Healthcare Ecosystem Managers (HEMs) and the rest of the Market Access organization for one of the indications: Immunology, Oncology, or Specialty Care. - Ensure structured and bidirectional exchange of practice-relevant insights, which are systematically integrated into the development and implementation of market access strategies. - Understand regional control mechanisms in the assigned therapeutic area and contribute strategically to the development of contract strategies with health insurance companies or hospitals. - Lead or participate in national healthcare projects aimed at improving patient access or healthcare quality. - Serve as the central interface for structured, bidirectional exchange of relevant insights and information for strategy development and implementation between HEMs and other Market Access areas. - Collect, analyze, and promptly communicate regional insights on market developments, changes in the payer landscape, competitive dynamics, and healthcare policy developments, deriving strategic recommendations. - Lead or participate in national healthcare projects aimed at improving patient access or healthcare quality. - Collaborate closely with Market Access Managers and Contracting Managers in developing tailored contract strategies for different payer segments and proactively continuously monitor the performance of contract models. - Develop customer materials for the HEM team together with Market Access Managers, and adapt these to the requirements of local payers and current market developments. - Develop training content for Sales Teams on Market Access topics in collaboration with Sales Enablement Specialists. ## Requirements - Completed university degree in Health Economics, Natural Sciences, or Economics, or relevant alternative professional experience. - At least 5 years of professional experience in a position in Market Access or Health Policy, or in a comparable position in the pharmaceutical industry (equivalent experience from positions in health insurance companies or other health organizations is considered). - Solid knowledge of the German healthcare system, reimbursement processes, and regulatory frameworks. - In-depth knowledge of the healthcare policy and legal frameworks for the economic application of medicines and pharmaceutical control, particularly in the areas of the statutory health insurance associations, medical associations, health insurance companies, and medical services. - Proven experience in working in cross-functional teams. - Above-average strategic skills and project management competence, demonstrated by a convincing implementation strength. - Excellent skills in active listening and communication, enabling effective coordination and collaboration between various stakeholders. - Strategic thinking – pronounced accuracy and ability to grasp complex matters analytically and strategically, and to convert them into practical recommendations. - Outstanding ability to communicate complex matters simply and customer-oriented, and to convey knowledge. - Outstanding social competence and a collaborative approach. - Ability to anticipate future developments and take proactive measures. - Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. ## Nice to Have - Additional experience in healthcare policy or regulatory affairs. - Experience in developing and implementing market access strategies in complex healthcare environments. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with data analysis tools and market research methodologies. - Fluency in English and additional languages. ## Benefits - Opportunity to work in a global organization with a strong focus on innovation and patient impact. - Collaborative and international work environment. - Professional development opportunities and career growth. - Contribution to meaningful healthcare initiatives and patient outcomes.
