Design annual and quarterly plans focused on Local Dealers by country, region, crop, category, brand, point-of-sale type, and agricultural season. Design point-of-sale execution standards including product placement, visibility, shelf presence, displays, POP materials, signage, planograms, and digital content. Define recurring point-of-sale activation models including counter events, demonstrations, technical advisory sessions, and seasonal campaigns. Coordinate with Sales Activation for territorial implementation of promotions, materials, displays, and incentive programs. Lead monthly reviews with Sales, Supply, Customer Analytics, and Communications to assess inventory, execution, visibility, leads, conversion, sell-out, profitability, and ROI. Drive AI use cases to improve channel marketing speed, accuracy, and personalization, including demand forecasting and next-best-action recommendations.
