Responsibilities
Execute repossessions and ensure product delivery to depot; contact allocated accounts to resolve payment defaults; verify and coordinate client relocations between hubs; handle urgent unplanned uninstallations; investigate and report fraud, misconduct, and product tampering; resolve customer complaints and disputes regarding repossessions; mediate conflicts between clients and Energy Officers; manage stolen product reports and coordinate recovery; review repayment concerns and cookstove replacement requests; clarify contractual terms and ownership transfers; provide verified client data to Energy Officers for difficult visits; escalate non-recoverable accounts to Risk Manager; report weekly on-field interventions and results; train Energy Officers on collection and repossession handling; drive operating rhythm to ensure timely completion of collection calls and tasks.
