Command Severity 1 network and infrastructure incidents end-to-end; Own root cause analysis for complex network and GPU-node failures; Chair change advisory for high-risk network and infrastructure changes; Manage device lifecycle, firmware updates, and preventive maintenance; Define and monitor infrastructure observability standards and alert thresholds; Lead customer onboarding and environment validation for GPU clusters; Act as escalation interface for network hardware vendors (Juniper, Cisco, NVIDIA, OEMs); Own network SLAs/KPIs and lead operational reviews; Develop team capability through certification planning and cross-training.
