Responsibilities
Create and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and inventory requirements; Monitor material availability and coordinate with Procurement to prevent shortages; Analyze inventory levels and recommend actions to optimize stock; Support monthly, weekly, and daily production planning activities; Review production performance and prepare planning and inventory reports; Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams regarding inbound and outbound materials; Track KPIs including inventory turnover, production attainment, material shortages, and delivery performance; Assist with forecasting activities and capacity planning; Support continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain efficiency and cost reduction; Prepare presentations and reports for management review.
