Responsibilities
Accountable for end-to-end consumables planning and material flow across three production sites; Manage and optimize material planning processes and information systems; Monitor production plans, processes, and schedules to ensure material availability; Drive continuous improvement of consumables planning processes; Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure material availability and resolve supply-related issues; Lead cross-functional material forums covering NPI, EOL, Rollovers, inventory & scrap; Manage MRP activities including material requirements, purchase requisitions, and production requirements; Optimize safety stock levels; Manage shelf-life inventory by monitoring expiration dates and applying FEFO principles.
