Responsibilities
Run MRP and BOM explosions against MPS to net requirements; Maintain Clear-to-Build (CTB) coverage status by SKU and work center; Identify and escalate potential material shortages to Strategic Sourcing; Share rolling forecasts with suppliers and secure delivery commitments; Set and maintain item-level ERP planning parameters; Reconcile ERP balances against physical stock and maintain ABC classification data; Represent material constraints during monthly S&OP reconciliations.
