Manage lifecycle of international CSP leasing agreements (sourcing, RFPs, execution, renewals); Partner with engineering to translate technical requirements into commercial specs; Develop relationships with cloud suppliers to expand vendor ecosystem; Build market intelligence on pricing trends and supply availability; Develop negotiation strategies for cost and terms; Drive TCO improvement and mitigate supply/commercial risks; Lead vendor performance reviews (QBRs); Track country-level factors (power, regulation, data residency, currency, tax)
