Own end-to-end management and strategic oversight of assigned paid media accounts; Drive performance against pacing, KPIs, and efficiency goals; Lead paid media strategy, road-mapping, testing frameworks, and campaign ideation; Manage and mentor a team of 1–2+ Media Managers; Partner with Account Managers and the Media Director to align media strategy with client goals; Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for owned accounts; Lead client communication, reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations; Oversee ongoing account maintenance including optimizations, structure updates, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and copy revisions; Design and deploy monthly and quarterly testing plans across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion strategy; Drive full-funnel strategy development, validation, and continuous improvement; Identify opportunities to expand media spend, channels, and account scope; Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new platforms, and expanding paid media offerings.
