Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between local team and UAE Driver Operations Manager and inter-department; Develop a deep, data-driven, and qualitative understanding of the unique UAE supply market landscape including local regulations, driver demographics, and regional challenges or opportunities; Adopt and implement proven local frameworks, best practices, and standards to efficiently resolve localized operational bottlenecks; Partner with the Driver Operations Manager to design, execute, and review strategic initiatives, utilizing localized data to tackle new market-specific challenges and capture growth opportunities; Document high-impact, data-supported learnings from the UAE market and scale these insights to grow the local supply market; Serve as the primary point of contact for Driver Partners; Work closely with local teams on Driver acquisition, onboarding, training, community building, retention, and growth of branded vehicles; Ensure KPI delivery, strong execution of initiatives, and accurate daily reporting; Conduct field engagements as needed.
