Operations Engineer (Node.js Backend + Integrations)

## About the role MindCloud is a rapidly scaling start up Integration Platform as a Service (Ipaas) that is expanding rapidly. We're hiring a backend-focused Node.js engineer to help maintain and scale hundreds of active integration workflows that sync customer data across modern SaaS platforms. This is not a frontend role — we're looking for someone building real production systems in Node.js. ## What You'll Do - Maintain and improve existing Node.js integration workflows - Debug API-driven sync issues across SaaS platforms - Implement client-requested workflow updates and enhancements - Monitor reliability and performance of live integrations - Work with messy data and build clean transformations ## What We're Looking For - 4+ years of experience with JavaScript-heavy backend work in Node.js - Strong experience with APIs, async systems, and web protocols - Comfortable working in large existing codebases - Fast learner, strong problem solver, takes ownership - Fluent English + excellent communication ## Bonus Points - Frontend/design sensibility - Experience with automation, monitoring, or ops-minded engineering - Anything surprising or unique you bring to the table
