Responsibilities
Configure and develop ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand Management, Project & Program Management, Resource Management, and Portfolio Planning, Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom tables, Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for portfolio health, financial tracking, and resource capacity, Collaborate with functional consultants and BPCs to translate requirements into technical solutions, Support integrations between SPM and ITSM, HR, and financial systems, Participate in release management, testing, upgrades, and platform governance activities
