Coordinate equipment throughout service and calibration process; Log incoming equipment and maintain status; Monitor workflow and identify follow-up needs; Coordinate activities between service, calibration, shipping, and external providers; Review records and shipping paperwork for accuracy; Maintain equipment traceability and compliance; Communicate with customers on status and scheduling; Coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and shipments; Support inventory and purchasing; Perform routine calibration of radiation survey meters; Assist with invoicing and operational documentation; Support continuous improvement initiatives
