Growth Podcast Trainee

## About the role This role combines podcast hosting, relationship building, and business development to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth. The person will host interviews with founders, marketers, and industry experts, build strong professional relationships, identify sales opportunities, and convert them into clients for DWS's digital visibility and authority-building services. ## Key Focus Areas - 50% Podcast Hosting & Networking – Conduct interviews, research guests, and nurture industry relationships. - 50% Business Development – Generate leads, conduct discovery calls, present solutions, and close deals. ## Ideal Candidate - Strong communication, networking, and interviewing skills - Commercially driven with an interest in sales/growth - Comfortable engaging with founders and senior decision-makers - Organized with strong follow-up discipline ## Preferred Experience - Podcasting / webinars / hosting - Sales / partnerships / account management - SEO / digital marketing knowledge - CRM handling ## Work Details - Location: Remote (US) - Engagement: Independent Contractor (1099) - Compensation: Base + Incentives - Growth Path: Can transition into a full-time growth/business development role based on performance.
