## Responsibilities
- Drive strategy and initiatives within cloud on a Nordic level.
- Help our customers with cloud architecture and cloud-native solutions.
- Use generative and agent-based AI.
- As People Manager, take personal responsibility for a growing team.
- Set the direction for team development, drive business development, and contribute to growth.
- Recruitment and competency development are a natural part of your daily work.
- Focus on your team members' individual career development.
- Through regular one-on-one meetings, help your consultants plan their careers and achieve their goals.
- Work closely with sales and delivery teams, other managers to ensure we deliver the highest value to our customers.
## Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience and very good knowledge of implementation with cloud services such as AWS or GCP.
- At least 3 years as a cloud architect and responsible for setting up cloud architecture, preferably with knowledge of Amazon's interpretation of CAF, WAF, COM, and OCA.
- Knowledge in one or more programming languages, e.g., Python, Java, Kotlin, Golang, or Node.
- Interest in DevSecOps, generative AI, agent-based AI, and cloud-native solutions.
- A natural leader who wants to develop others.
- Very positive about previous experience with people management.
- Fluent Swedish and English skills, in both spoken and written form.

- Experience with recruitment and team development.
- Experience with AI-driven solutions and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with AWS or GCP certifications.
- Experience with leading cross-functional teams.
