## About the role
GTMer helps B2B companies generate sales meetings using AI-powered outbound systems.
Most AI products save time.
We're building AI systems that make money.
At GTMER, you'll build and deploy AI agents that sit directly inside revenue workflows: prospecting, lead qualification, research, outreach, pipeline generation, and everything in between. When your work ships, it doesn't just increase engagement metrics. It impacts meetings booked, pipeline generated, and revenue closed.
We're looking for engineers who are obsessed with building, shipping, and figuring things out.
## What you'll work on
- Build AI agents that automate GTM workflows end-to-end
- Deploy production-grade agent systems used by real customers
- Experiment with LLMs, reasoning models, RAG, workflows, voice agents, and whatever else gets results
- Build integrations with CRMs, sales tools, communication platforms, and internal systems
- Create evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance
- Work directly with founders and customers to turn problems into shipped products
- Use AI aggressively in your own workflow to move faster than everyone else
## What we're looking for
- Strong engineering fundamentals
- Comfortable working across different tech stacks
- Ability to learn new frameworks and tools quickly
- Experience with GenAI, LLMs, agents, automation, or adjacent technologies
- High ownership and bias toward execution
- You ship instead of discussing why something can't be shipped
- You leverage AI daily to write code, debug, research, and build faster
## Bonus points
- Experience with agent frameworks
- Experience with workflow automation tools
- Experience building SaaS products
- Experience with sales, GTM, or revenue systems
- You've built weird side projects just because you were curious
- You've watched Bojack Horseman
## What success looks like
Within a few months, you'll have AI agents running in production that are helping customers generate pipeline, automate repetitive work, and drive measurable revenue outcomes.
## Requirements
- Your own laptop
- Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn whatever the job requires
## Why join?
We're a small team moving fast in one of the biggest shifts in software.
No endless meetings. No layers of management. No "AI strategy" decks.
Just building AI systems that companies actually use to grow revenue.
And yeah, 15k-17k monthly stipend.
