## About the role Half the week you're on a screen — running our paid campaigns on Meta and Google, tracking what's working, killing what isn't, feeding the creative pipeline. The other half you're out in the world — flyering, talking to people in parks and pubs, building relationships with local pet businesses, doing whatever it takes to get Snoots known in the neighbourhoods around our clinics. You will flyer in the rain. You will go to the pub and talk to strangers about their dogs. You will run an ad, look at the numbers, and decide whether to scale it or bin it. That's the whole job. You'll work directly under our fractional CMO who sets the strategy. You report to the founder. No deck building. No agency management. No hiding behind process. Just doing the work and measuring whether it worked. ## Responsibilities - Day-to-day management of our Meta and Google paid campaigns — setting up tests, monitoring spend, optimising creatives, reporting on what's driving members - Hyperlocal activation around our 6 London clinics — events, flyering, partnerships with dog walkers, groomers, pet shops, parks, community groups - Building and maintaining a simple experiment log — what we tried, what we measured, what we learned - Feeding creative ideas into the paid channel based on what you're hearing on the ground - Being the eyes and ears on what real pet owners care about and bringing that back to the team ## Requirements - You figure things out. You don't wait to be told. You find a way. - You measure things. You don't just do — you track whether it worked. - You have no ego about the work. The unglamorous stuff is the job and you know it. - You can talk to anyone. Pet owners, pub landlords, dog walkers — you're comfortable starting a conversation. - You're comfortable on a screen. You've run paid campaigns before, or you're confident you can learn fast. Either works. - You're a pet person. This genuinely helps. ## Nice to have - Marketing experience, especially paid channel experience. - Background as a former founder whose first venture didn't pan out. - Someone who is a year or two into their career and looking for somewhere to go deep fast. - Someone who has done some marketing and wants to own results rather than execute someone else's plan. ## What we offer - Base salary commensurate with experience. - Aggressive performance-based bonus tied directly to member growth — if you make Snoots grow, you'll be paid like it. ## About the company Snoots is a vertically integrated veterinary membership. Unlimited vet care — in-clinic and remote — for £33/month. 6 clinics across London, ~6,000 members, NPS over 70. Members love the product. We're not growing fast enough. This role exists to fix that. ## What we don't want - Someone who needs a clear brief before they can start - Someone who confuses being busy with getting results - Someone who thinks local activation is beneath them - Someone who wants to manage things rather than do them ## How to apply Send a note to [email protected]. Tell us about a time you made something happen from nothing — not a role you were handed, but something you figured out yourself. No format. We're reading for how you think and whether you have the fire.
