## About the role
In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of product initiatives that directly serve Hyperproof's most demanding customers and partners. You'll be the connective tissue between what partners and customers need and what the product becomes — translating complex, real-world GRC challenges into investments that scale across the entire customer base. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, and apply AI thoughtfully where it genuinely improves customer outcomes.
You'll conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, industry standards, and customer demands.
You'll monitor and analyze metrics, usage data, and customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and build quick functional prototypes to validate new product ideas and improvements.
You'll represent Hyperproof as a subject matter expert in GRC in industry events and discussions.
You'll be a relentless advocate for customers and partners, ensuring their needs shape every product decision from discovery through delivery.
## How you'll know you are successful
The features you own become leverage in customer and partner conversations that drive expansion, deepen trust, and contribute directly to retention and expansion.
Customers and partners will post rave reviews on G2 mentioning your feature.
Customers and partners treat you as a trusted product advisor who understands their highly challenging needs and problems.
The solutions you ship earn strong adoption because they're grounded in real problems. They validate our customers' investment in Hyperproof.
You surface product opportunities others miss by staying close to the market, asking better questions, and applying AI where it genuinely moves the needle.
## What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in a product role and have scaled a product to enterprise customers
- Proven ability to serve as the primary product voice in customer engagements - moving beyond the stated ask to uncover the real business need and translate it into clear product direction.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to build alignment and clarity with engineers, business stakeholders, and customers alike.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business requirements to inform product strategy and decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven and detail-oriented approach.
- A genuine passion for delivering product experiences that create measurable value for customers. You don't just ship features.
- Proven ability to manage complex, competing workstreams while balancing near-term deliverables against longer-term strategic product bets.
- You're genuinely curious. You're not satisfied with the stated problem, you instinctively dig until you find the real one.
- Someone who raises the bar for the people around them through candor, generosity, and real investment in the team's success.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Note: you must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
## What will be the plus
You have experience in the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) or cybersecurity domain.
## Location
We are a fully remote company! Rather than restrict ourselves to only finding talent in one city, we'd rather find the absolute best people regardless of where they live.

- A 30-minute initial chat with the People and Talent Partner
- 60 minute interview with the Hiring Manager
