## About the role We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to bridge the gap between our Sales team, our Clients, and our Engineering team. You will be the primary technical point of contact for clients, responsible for managing custom feature requests and overseeing Shopify store integrations. ## What you'll do - Technical Discovery: Join calls with clients to understand their needs and determine if their requests are technically feasible. - Engineering Coordination: Translate client business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications (Jira/Linear tickets) for our developers. - Integration Management: Lead the end-to-end setup of Shopify stores connected to our system, troubleshooting API or configuration issues as they arise. - Roadmap Gatekeeping: Work with engineering to track deadlines and ensure client expectations are managed realistically. ## Requirements - Proven experience as a TPM, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Project Manager. - Shopify Expertise: Comfortable navigating Shopify Admin, understanding Webhooks, and API limits. - The "Translator" Ability: You can explain a database migration to a store owner and a marketing goal to a backend engineer. - Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and project management tools (Jira, Linear, etc.).
