## Job Title Internal Sales Representative ## Company Overview Pont Packaging NV is seeking a Danish-speaking Internal Sales Representative for their office in Lund, with a focus on the Danish market. You will work in an international environment with colleagues across Europe, in a role where customer contact, variety, and development are central. You will become part of a growing company that emphasizes sustainability and innovation, with an informal, supportive culture where ideas are encouraged and growth opportunities are abundant. ## Responsibilities - Handle and process customer orders, offers, and product requests - Provide proactive customer service and follow-up - Coordinate with Supply Chain and finance teams to ensure delivery times - Support the external sales manager and Nordic customers with commercial and administrative tasks - Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (Exact Globe) - Administer order flows, follow up on deliveries, and ensure smooth operations from quotation to invoice - Offer advice, follow up on customer issues, and contribute actively to the sales team's common goals - Have a good understanding of business and a natural sense of structure, service, and relationships ## Requirements - A vocational or higher vocational education in sales, administration, or economics - Several years of experience in sales or order handling in B2B - Proficient with computers and quick to learn new systems - Very good knowledge of Danish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written - Valid EU passport and B-license - A natural service mindset, solution-oriented, and comfortable in dialogue with customers - Curious, self-driven, and willing to take initiative to move work forward - Thrives in collaboration and values being part of a team that supports each other - Hands-on approach with a genuine desire to get things done ## Nice to Have - Experience in the packaging industry - Familiarity with ERP systems - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks ## Benefits - A growing company with a focus on sustainability and innovation - Informal and supportive culture where ideas are encouraged - Opportunities for growth and development - A varied and dynamic work environment - A chance to contribute to customer satisfaction and internal improvements ## Job Details - Temporary position with the intention to transition to permanent after 1 year - Start immediately as agreed - Location: Lund - Apply with CV and personal letter - Contact: Pernilla von Reis – [email protected] - Selection process: Ongoing throughout the summer, with feedback after holidays ## About Pont Packaging B.V.
