## About the role You will be hiring a junior team based out of various countries in Eastern Europe. If you have failed as an entrepreneur, we value that experience. Be hungry with a relentless motor. You will be in office managing the team as well as executing yourself. Player - Coach. Cross functioning between social, operations, hacking growth, and working with a team comprising of multiple languages across Eastern Europe. ## Requirements - Very high energy entrepreneur with operational experience. - Extra bonus if you speak Russian fluently. - Preferences will be provided to Ukrainians who are currently residing outside of Ukraine due to the war and eventually want to move back to Kiev once the situation stabilizes. - Having work experience in food delivery or logisitics is a bonus. ## About the company Crema Social is one of the fastest growing international dating startups backed by tier-1 venture capital with a seasoned team with multiple exits.
