Responsibilities
Monitor health, availability, performance, and security of Azure platform services; Maintain dashboards, alerts, and operational metrics across platform services; Respond to monitoring alerts, perform initial triage, and escalate incidents; Monitor authentication services, token issuance, and access management operations; Track API gateway performance metrics and report anomalies; Review logs, traces, and monitoring data to identify operational issues; Execute synthetic monitoring checks and validate end-to-end user journeys; Follow runbooks and operational procedures for incident resolution and maintenance; Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve monitoring coverage and efficiency; Participate in shift operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
