Proactively monitor health, performance, and throughput of Azure integration services; Investigate and resolve integration failures, message bottlenecks, and data synchronization issues; Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical P1/P2 production incidents; Manage the lifecycle of APIs in Azure APIM; Administer Azure Service Bus queues and topics, including dead-letter queues; Maintain secure connections via Managed Identities, API keys, and SSL/TLS certificates; Assist with deployment of integration artifacts across environments; Create and maintain technical support documentation and incident runbooks.
