Responsibilities
Implement and enhance ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, CMDB Health); Configure and maintain MID Servers across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments; Design CMDB data models, CI classes, relationships, and governance rules; Develop platform configurations using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer; Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub; Create dashboards and reports to track ITOM KPIs; Provide L2/L3 production support and perform root-cause analysis; Follow SDLC best practices including Update Sets, source control, and release management; Collaborate with architects and process owners to align solutions with enterprise roadmaps
