Define, validate and release production flow and spec through prototype and pilot builds; Drive early DFM/PFMEA feedback discussions; Own BOM release, alpha/beta/pilot stage product build, production bring up, yield improvement, troubleshooting, and manufacturing readiness; Partner with quality team on completing reliability de-risking and qualification; Sustain production together with offshore manufacturing team and CMs after production release.
