Lead technology transfer and manufacturability for advanced discrete power FET nodes; Monitor electrical performance and collaborate with design/process teams to optimize Rds(on) and switching performance; Partner with process module owners to optimize process windows and resolve integration challenges; Perform device characterization, electrical testing, and failure analysis; Drive structured root-cause analysis (DOE, 6-sigma, SPC, FMEA) for yield and reliability issues; Collaborate with systems engineering and packaging teams to integrate power FETs into system-level solutions; Monitor industry trends in power MOSFET, superjunction, and wide-bandgap technologies; Generate invention disclosures, patents, and technical reports; Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers; Present technical content in executive-level reviews
