Responsibilities
Drive engagement, training and educational programs for teammates and customers; monitor climbing activities and provide assistance; direct workflow and oversee daily operations of the climb department; ensure highest level of customer service; instruct climbing techniques for all ages and experience levels; teach instructional lessons; uphold company standards for merchandise presentation; assist with team-building events; identify and correct safety concerns; create an inclusive store environment; support the team across the store; perform other tasks as assigned by management; ensure compliance of safety related standard operating procedures; ensure safety and security of teammates, athletes and property; ensure all certifications are completed and up to date.
